A bit of background
Research into this subject began over 18 years ago and the grid itself has been in development since 2008. Naturally, the market does not stay static and so the aim is to update each grid annually. Other tools tend to be three dimensional as opposed to five dimensional, making this, the most in-depth, informative research available. Additionally, information is based on findings from the UK and European markets as opposed to findings from the US which seems to dominate the marketplace.
